What We Do

Corporate volunteering programmes to support education and skills in primary and secondary schools.

At The Switch, we’re a committed team with a passion for working with young people. By partnering with businesses, we work with primary and secondary schools to introduce young people to all things related to work.

From one-off workshops to ongoing programmes, there’s a programme to fit your needs. Whether that’s developing skills or navigating the recruitment processes, understanding the job market or work experiences.

All programmes bring volunteers from local employers into contact with young people. We have a strong track record of (1) engaging primary and secondary school students and volunteers; (2) supporting delivery of national government strategic priorities; (3) and meeting curriculum and Ofsted requirements.
