Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership (THEBP) is a charity that supports the education, training and development of young people by forming mutually beneficial partnerships between businesses, employers and schools.

The role

The Project Manager - Lloyd's Community Programme (LCP) will develop and maintain links between THEBP, LCP, companies and Tower Hamlets schools.

They will support effective volunteer schemes that will enable business volunteers to help young people improve their attainment, basic skills and aspirations.

What we are looking for

We are looking to appoint a highly organised, pro-active individual, with a high standard of verbal and written communication skills.

The role will require initiative and exceptional interpersonal skills that will enable the charity to build and maintain excellent long-term relationships.

You will need to be able to write persuasive and accessible printed and online copy; represent us with our partners from director level down and manage your own workload.

You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), have an outgoing confident manner and an interest in developing multi-stakeholder relationships and understanding the needs of the diverse customers of LCP.

Experience of delivering training/presentations is desired.


Monday - Friday 34 hours per week.
