The Business Mentoring scheme aims to equip pupils with a better understanding of career opportunities, develop their employability skills and widen their view of the opportunities available to them.

Through this scheme, a business person meets with a small group of 1 - 4 pupils in Years 10-13 (aged 14-18) at least once a month.

There are currently over 300 business mentors working with over 800 pupils in 15 Tower Hamlets Secondary Schools and Sixth Forms.
